The whole concept of web-based personal/work/productivity tools is great and eventually I’ll be a dedicated user of Zoho Office, but not until they fix the inordinately long time it takes to load the main page – 1.42 min! (??? this is 2007 guys, not 1997)

Customer Service
I just called a 1-800 number and it was answered even before the first ring completed. This was quite nice and also somewhat surprising. The person took all my information, and promised to call back within 1/2 hour. Customer Service is a great way to make an impression and build a long relationship. As a customer I always prefer places which offer better Customer Service. Read more about it on this article by Joel.
